You can adjust your general profile settings in Account Settings section.

Edit Profile:

In this section, you can update your name, date of birth, gender (male or female), height, and weight. You can also choose your country and units for measurement, metric or imperial. It's crucial to enter your height and weight accurately. They play a significant role in calculating your calorie consumption. Providing your height, weight, gender, and DoB is essential for precise calorie calculations.

Performance:

In this section, you can enter your Cycling FTP and Max Heart rate. FTP - Functional Threshold Power - cycling metric that tells you the highest average power you can maintain for an entire hour, measured in watts. It's like a fitness gauge, showing you how much effort you can keep up with during extended periods. If you're not sure about your FTP and Max Heart rate values, feel free to leave these fields empty.

Data Management:

We made a section for managing data so you can control your personal information. In compliance with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Within this feature, you have three choices:

  • Access: View and retrieve the specific data collected by Rolla about you. This ensures transparency and a clear understanding of the information we hold
  • Correct: If you find mistakes or old information in your profile, ask for corrections to keep it accurate
  • Move: If you prefer, you can transfer your data to another service or platform. This promotes data portability and gives you more flexibility in managing your information.

Furthermore, Rolla allows you to specify exactly which data you want to access, correct, or move. This level of customization puts you in charge. You have control over your data to fit your needs while still following GDPR rules.

*If you've signed up for your Rolla account using the "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Apple" options, please note that these two options won't be accessible.
