Once you open Rolla One and log in to your account, you will get to the Home page.
Activity Load
Represents an overview of calorie expenditure for the past 7 days, month, or a year. There are two main parts:
- White line - single dot on the line shows the average calorie expenditure for the last 7 days, month, or year. The dot also includes the day, week, or month it represents.
- Green area - recommended calorie expenditure range for you. The range where the white dot should be
Activities History
Here you can check every individual activity you finished and saved on your account. History can be sorted by:
- Date of activity (starting from newest or oldest)
- Duration (starting with the longest activity)
- Calories (starting with the activity in which you have burned most calories)
Rolla Profile
To access your profile settings, click on the profile picture in the upper right corner. More information about this is available in our Profile section.
Manual Activities
From the Home Page, you can also add Manual Activities that haven't been recorded with Rolla One. To access this simply click on three dots on top of Activity History.
