Rolla lets you keep track of all the activities you do, whether you're inside your house or outside in the real world. It's not just for virtual activities on a computer or screen. So, if you go for a run, ride your bike, exercise indoors, or explore outdoors, Rolla can help you keep a record of all those activities.
Outdoor Activities - Walking, Running, Cycling - are the simplest one. All you need to do is enable location services so that Rolla Active could record GPS points and track your movement. Steps are calculated based on movement of your smartphone and GPS points. Additionally, you can connect devices like step source, heart rate monitor and power source.
Indoor Activities - Treadmill and Cycling - gives you ability to exercise indoors, whether it is running on treadmill or cycling. If you chose to run on a treadmill, steps are calculated based on movement of your smartphone. Smartphone can be placed in your pocket, hand or armband. If you want to cycle indoors, you must have smart bike with bluetooth. You can set the goal for your training e.g. you want to burn 500 calories, set Goal -> Calories to 500.
